Ordering
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, under the condition that they have not yet been shipped. Please be aware that changes made to your order can affect processing times. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred product or return for a refund.

What countries do you ship to?
We offer worldwide shipping. If you want to enquire about a specific destination, please use our contact form.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 2–5 working days to process your order. Shipping times depend on your destination:
- South Africa: 2–5 days
- Europe: 3–7 days
- International: 3–7 days to major destinations (some exceptions may take longer)
How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping on all South African orders over R1,800. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
We offer a 14-day return window. You must notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us first before sending anything back.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 days from when we receive the returned item(s).

Are your products handmade?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted at our workshop in Johannesburg, South Africa. We do not outsource production.
What is orgonite made of?
Orgonite is a mixture of polyester resin, metal shavings, and crystals. The combination of organic and inorganic materials creates a matrix that continuously transforms stagnant or negative orgone energy into positive, life-enhancing energy.
Does orgonite need to be charged or energised?
No. Authentic orgonite does not need to be re-energised, charged, or treated in any way to maintain its functionality. This is one of its key advantages over other energy tools.
